Dear City Commissioners,
I am urging you to not approve the current Guthrie proposal for the following two reasons:
1. Inadequate parking. There should be at least one parking space per unit required.
2. Luxury condo developers don’t need financial incentives and the bone they throw to get them is insulting.
I will be carefully watching what happens next and when election time comes I’ll remember who is for the Bozeman
residents or the developers.
