Description
Please reconsider parking and building height variances when out of state builders, like the ones proposing a
5 story mixed use building it n Bozemanʼs Northeast neighborhood are asking for. Two apartments, at barely
aordable prices DO NOT make up for blocking views and adding to an already terrible parking situation. The
building height variants are not worth the cost of SOME aordable housing, which is still high priced! Most
