I'm not going to cite laws because others far more educated than me on them have alreadydone so. This is a simple humanitarian plea: enough! How much more will you ask Bozeman residentsto put up with? Getting to the W. Main coop is not only dangerous but outright frustrating that I yelled at a construction worker. I am ashamed bc it isn't his fault. The monster of a buildinggoing up on Babcock and 8th is beyond an eyesore as it looms large over its tiny neighbor. What is wrong with our city? This street closed. That street closed. Construction workers monster trucks parked on narrow streets taking up resident parking and making it impossible to try and safely navigatedowntown. It's a deadly game of frogger. Imagine the added traffic congestion with an extra 100 or so cars entering and exiting thesenew luxury ( yes luxury) developments. Downtown streets can't handle it. Residents are fed up with the logistical quagmire of closed streets and lack of visibility when driving and overallconstruction mayhem as the beautiful views of the Bridgers are more and more shadowed by outside develops looking to cash in. Man I can't take it. It's so frustrating to see what's happening and has happened. I live near black olive with 2,000 dollar rentals plus dead trees and sod and garbage on planting bedsaround the building. Nobody cares. It's ALL MONEY. what ever happened to principal, sensible thinking and the power of your voice to say no without fear of being sued by KingHolloran. He has left an ugly ugly legacy as has the city commission that had no choice but to approve. You should do better. Shame on the lot of you. Thank you. Allison J Levy
