project:block 104 south building, application 24107 my property is 72o N Ida ave on east side of ida with
aspen st. as north border. I will be directly impacted by proposed development. 1) 42 units only 41
underground parking spaces,when did a household only have one vehicle,retail on ground floor,where will
the proprietors park?where will customers park?Ida street is narrow there is no parking there now,
tamarack st.has no parking,Vehicle impact at the very least will be 146 at all times,think about that! Park
parking, existing neighborhood parking,traffic flow,pedestrian traffic,I could continue. 2)What of sky line
views,what of infrastructure. I believe this development is black eye on neighborhood. 3)This will add up to
a serious impact on everyones property values and not for the better. I urge the city commissioners to say no
to this hideous development.
