Hi there—I wanted to comment on the Block 104 proposal going into a historic neighborhood in NE Bozeman. This development will forever change what makes the NE neighborhood sounique. I recently viewed the plans for Wallace Works, another development that has put significant thought into the project and integration with the NE neighborhood. Block 104 doesnot. Bozeman does not need another "5-story luxury building". Look at Wildlands above Wild Crumb. They have been struggling to sell their condos because the buyer pool is so small. They target out-of-towners who may stay at the property for a month out of the year and rarely contribute to the Bozeman community. Also, building out Aspen Street and removing thegreen space and path does not make sense because the road is dead-ends on both sides. Block 104 feels like a thoughtless profit-driven project undermining Bozeman's authenticcommunity. Development in Bozeman is obviously unavoidable. I would suggest Block 104 put more time and effort into its development plans.
