My husband and I, Bill and Bobbi Clem have owned and managed commercial property Wallace North LLC since we purchased the property in 2005. Our property consists of three commercial buildings on the corner of N Wallace Avenue and E. Tamarac, which is immediately to the east of the proposed Wallace Works Project. We have reviewed the project documents, and we feel that the project proposed will be an asset to the City of Bozeman, and that the NE Neighborhood is an appropriate place for growth to occur. We know the unit will be well built and maintained. We think the decision of the city to allow the additional height will help with affordable housing, the combination of more units, and parking reductions are going to make parking in our neighborhood, which is already bad even worse. We hope that the City understands this and helps the situation by adding the option of having a convenient bus stop in the district, or exploring having offsite parking close-by, perhaps at the fairgrounds for people to park their vehicles. -- Bobbi Clem 406 570 2594
