Is the Bozeman Yards project a JOKE?
How could the city commission even THINK of giving developers $3.6 MILLION in
reimbursement for luxury apartments???
And 10 feet higher, in exchange for two measly rental units at 120% of median income!????
THE "affordability ordinance" IS A JOKE!!! GET RID OF IT.
You're just giving taxpayer handouts to developers in exchange for NOTHING.
Are you trying to ruin the Last Best Place???
