meeting. At the direction of the City Commission, anonymous public comments are not distributed to
the City Commission or staff.
Public comments will also be accepted in-person and through video conference.
As always, the meeting will be recorded and streamed through the Commission's video page and
available in the City on cable channel 190.

RECOMMENDATION:City Clerk Mike Maas will provide the oaths of office for the Study
Commissioners and will deliver them to the Gallatin County Clerk and
Recorder's Office.
