This dystopic ordinance goes into effect in a few hours. I will consider this email thread to be
my approved "application" for the monthly crowdsourcing fees. Let me know how to getpayment set up, but again I will not be subject to any "approval processes" or "misdemeanors"
relating to me choosing to sleep in my truck.
Thank You - Justin Wade Hatfield

I certainly will not be pleading guilty to any career ruining charges related to me sleeping ina truck that I own parked on a street that I pay for by police who's salary I pay. I make zero
mess, nobody ever notices me, and I am a model citizen. There is no difference in my4runner taking up a spot on the street, and my 4runner taking up a spot on the street while I
walk inside a rental to sleep (I've already paid 30k in rent in Bozeman). I have a very strongfeeling that I can find constitutional issues with you trying to give me a criminal record for
choosing to sleep in my truck instead of walking inside of a rental.
Get back with me, unless you plan to remove the "misdemeanor" aspect of this ordinance. I
will gladly pay $25/month to help the city with expenses caused by other poor people, but Iwill not be subject to an approval process for living my life.
I am an Aerospace Engineer, graduated towards the top of my class, and I planned onbuilding my business here. If this misdemeanor aspect ends up affecting me, I will not be
building my business in Bozeman.
Let me know what is going on and what I need to do

Hello,
My name is Justin Hatfield, 37yo resident of Bozeman for 3 years, forced to sleep in mytruck for the past 1 year. I was recently threatened with arrest for sleeping in my truck. I
need information about the new rules around me sleeping in my rig. I'm not going to beataround the bush, if I end up with a criminal record (making my life even harder), then I
will do everything I can to make the lives of those who did this, harder. I strongly suggestremoving the "misdemeanor" aspect of this new ordinance.
Sincerely, Justin Wade Hatfield
