THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT CONSIDER CONSTRUCTION NOTES TO BE ALL-INCLUSIVE. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT AND ASSESS EACH AREA AND TO FULFILL THE INTENT OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION DRAWING AND NOTES WITH CIVIL, STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING NOTES AND DRAWINGS. 3. FIELD VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS. DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY OF ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN EXISTING CONDITIONS AND THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK. 4. ALL FINISHES AND MATERIALS SHALL BE PROPERLY INTEGRATED TO ENSURE A UNIFORM APPEARANCE AND SEAMLESS TRANSITION. 5. PROVIDE ALL BACKING FOR MILLWORK, GRAB BARS, AND ANY AND ALL WALL MOUNTED EQUIPMENT OR ACCESSORIES; COORDINATE LOCATIONS. 6. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE FROM STRUCTURAL GRIDLINES OR UNFINISHED FACE OF STUD, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. 7. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL ASPECTS OF THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. 8. PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND LEVEL FINISH FLOOR, TYP. PATCH AND REPAIR ALL INCONSISTENCIES IN FLOOR ELEVATIONS. 9. PATCH AND REPAIR ANY / ALL WALL SURFACES AS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SUITABLE SUBSTRATE FOR FINISHES. 10. LOCATE THE HINGE SIDE JAMB OF DOORS 4 1/2" FROM ADJACENT PERPENDICULAR WALL, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. 11. INSULATION TO MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUMS: WALLS: R-21 FLOOR: R-30 CEILING/ROOF: R-38 12. PROTECTION OF PENETRATIONS OF WALL OR FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED TO BE FIRE-RESISTANCE RATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH IRC SECTIONS R302.3 AND R302.5. 13. FIREBLOCKING SHALL BE PROVIDED TO CUT OFF BOTH VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL CONCEALED DRAFT OPENINGS AND TO FORM AN EFFECTIVE FIRE BARRIER BETWEEN STORIES, AND BETWEEN A TOP STORY AND THE ROOF SPACE.
