CONTRACTOR SHALL REFER TO THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR EXACT LOCATIONS AND DIMENSIONS OF VESTIBULES, SLOPE PAVING, RAMPS, SIDEWALKS, EXIT PORCHES, PRECISE BUILDING DIMENSIONS, EXACT BUILDING UTILITY ENTRANCE LOCATIONS, AND TOTAL NUMBER, LOCATION, AND SIZE OF DOWNSPOUTS. 3. CAREFULLY REMOVE SUCH ITEMS IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE TO EXISTING MATERIALS. PATCH HOLES AS REQUIRED FOLLOWING REMOVAL TO ASSURE A UNIFORM APPEARANCE. 6. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONDUCT ALL NECESSARY EXPLORATORY ACTIVITIES TO LOCATE AND PROTECT EXISTING SYSTEMS AND/OR STRUCTURES TO REMAIN PRIOR TO THE START OF DEMOLITION WORK. 7.
