Commissioners, I cannot attend the meeting tonight but I have paid attention to the use of the
current AHO. I do not think it is working as intended and should be tossed or changed: Limitits use to the major streets of town and give precedence to non-profits over the for-profit
developers who offer the bare minimum. Make sure the affordable units are actually liveableapartments, not long term hotel rooms. It feels like Bozeman is being taken advantage of by
developers who must be laughing all the way to the bank....so few affordable units for so manymarket rate units! Who are they kidding? They will still make a bundle if they create more
units that are affordable. You can do the math. Thank you for your efforts to make thiswork. Mary Lou Osman
