To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my concerns about the proposed development at 5 Range, adjacent to 4Daughters Farm. As a lifelong resident of Bozeman, I have supported local farms and watched many disappear over the years, often replaced by empty apartment complexes. This development will significantly impact the character and livelihood of this part of town. It will add an estimated 500-1,000 more cars to Stucky Road, a narrow two-lane road withoutshoulders and prone to accidents. I recently experienced this firsthand when I was rear-ended by a speeding driver. The road is simply not designed to handle increased traffic. The proposed site is home to groves of trees that provide habitat and shade for livestock, contributing to the area's tranquility. Replacing this with three-story apartment buildings willforever alter the landscape and community dynamic. We urge you to reconsider the pace of development in this area. While we are not opposed togrowth, this project will force yet another beloved local farm out of business, further eroding what makes Bozeman special. Sincerely, Abigail Tate
