Project: Range 5 Devolpment
November 20th, 2024
To Whom It May Conern:
I am writing this letter to ask you to please reconsider building low quality, visually
affrontting housing right next to small business, family-owned farms. I have seen first hand
the joy of people visiting Four Daughters Farm, being able to experience a more rustic and
rural farm feel only a couple miles outside of Bozeman is a truly unique experience. Also a
great number of people touring Montana stop at Four Daughters Farm for a Montana
experience. Placing highly developed housing on Stucky Road would destroy that
experiecnce. It would also decrease business for Four Daughters Farm, as well as
decreasing what Four Daughters Farm contributes to the community as both a floral
suppilier and a fun, beautiful destination.
Contructing a complex on Stucky Road would also disrupt soil quality for Four
Duaghters Farm and all surounding properties. According to the National Institutes of
Health, construction generates pollutants such as solid waste, particle matter, greenhouse
gasses, and sound poullution. Please take it from someone who has had lots of new
devolpment in their area, NONE of the neighbors will be happy about all of the disruption
around them.
Please consider these points before you begin construction.
Sincerely,
Eleanor Clark (11 years old)
Resident of Portland, OR and a Four Daughters Farm Lover
