To Director of Community Development,
I object to Application 23306. I live on Enterprise Boulevard. There are hundreds of
apartments in progres, most of which are ruining the beautiful area of town with unattractive, dense buildings. But most important is the environmental and safety issues that are not being
addressed with dense building. As for safety, South 19th is becoming dangerous with speedsand turnoffs. It's almost impossible to walk or bike across it, except at stoplights, due to the
amount and speed of traffic.Stucky Road was built as a rural road and now is a major road toboth the 19th area and areas west. It has no lights, shoulders, turn lanes, etc. It's noticeable that
there is almost no walking or bicycle traffic on Stucky. It's so dangerous.
What is being taken into consideration for water issues, wildlife migration, wetlands, etc?
While this area is likely to be developed, please deny this permit and only consider less densebuilding that takes into account the safety and environmental concerns.
