Good morning,
Please do not approve this development—in addition to the fact that too many cars (500-
1,000) will be untenable for the current infrastructure, the land that will be turned intoapartments offers some of the most fertile soil in the valley. Farms in the area will not be able
to operate due to problems with run offs, diminished soil and water quality, blockage ofsouthern exposure light and noise pollution. The development will destroy habitat, as well as
destroy the qualities to adjacent properties that depend on shade for livestock and tranquilityfor owners and their clients. This is not a practical or beneficial development for our
community.
