Hello,
I am writing in regard to application #23306. I am against the location of this development.
Land like this close to town is an essential part of keeping Bozeman's rural and urban elementsentertained. Every healthy ecosystem is diverse. Continuing to remove/develop these few
spaces left close to town devalues the reason that our area is desirable.
Additionally, this development is going to affect 4 Daughters Farm, creating challenges suchss run offs, soil and water quality, blockage of southern exposure light and noise pollution. It
will be adding 500-1,000 cars from this one development without improving arterial routes.Stucky Rd. is not built for high traffic use. There are no shoulder areas between the ditches on
this 2-lane road. Already, there are many vehicles in ditches and bikers fear for their life.Thisproposed site of development is home to groves of trees, providing habitat, respite and shade
to wildlife and our livestock.
Our land and views are this century's gold. If we continue to deplete the resource, it will runout. And the result will have consequences for everyone.
