2024 RE: Application 23306, Range 5 Site Plan To the Director of Community Development: This is a follow-up to our
initial objection to the approval of this site plan. In the previous 10 days we have witnessed two serious accidents
that have occurred at the intersection of Stucky Road and Fowler Lane. This is before the 2,500 additional daily trips
that the developments at Buffalo Run and Range 5 will be adding to this intersection. It is imperative that the city
address the safety issue that it has created at this intersection before somebody gets killed and before any further
