HomeMy WebLinkAbout23263 Notice NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of section 38.230.050 of the Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. See the back of this page for map location Project Name: Alpenglow Apartments Application: 23263 Summary: A site plan application to constructed 273 homes in three 91-unit multi-household apartment buildings. The three buildings will be located at the corner of S. 17th Avenue and Kagy Blvd. (building 1), South 17th Avenue and State Street (building 2), and State Street and S. 19th Avenue (building 3). A clubhouse and commercial building are proposed near the corner of Kagy Blvd., and S. 19th Avenue. 5 phases of construction are proposed that begin with the construction of surface parking and access, then the clubhouse and building 1, then building 2, then building 3, and finally the commercial building along Kagy Blvd. The application proposes to construct 510 parking spaces within garages, stacked in front of garages internal to the site, and in covered and uncovered surface parking areas. This application is within the South University District Phase 3 Subdivision and subject to all infrastructure and parkland requirements for Block 1, Lot 1.
