The Block B development proposal, which encompasses 523 and 533 East Babcock, should not be approved by the
City Commission. The application does not address the need for affordable housing in Bozeman. The elimination of
20 affordable units should be the commission's priority, not the development of a 46-unit luxury development. In
addition, the proposed development is on a one-way street that then intersects at a T junction at Wallace Street.
The 42-unit development will add to traffic congestion in the immediate area.
