The application does not address the need for affordable housing in Bozeman. The elimination of 20 affordable units should be the commission's priority, not the development of a 46-unit luxury development. In addition, the proposed development is on a one-way street that then intersects at a T junction at Wallace Street. The 42-unit development will add to traffic congestion in the immediate area.
