To Whom It May Concern,
I oppose the proposed Range 5 development at 4840 Fowler Lane due to significant concernsabout its impact on our community. The current & planned infrastructure cannot handle the
increased population. Traffic congestion will worsen significantly, especially with the lack ofadherence stop signs, speeding, and other safety measures in the area that are already ignored
& not enforced. Additionally, the introduction of affordable housing in this location raisesconcerns about its compatibility with existing neighborhoods and the potential to devalue
nearby properties.
I urge decision-makers to reconsider this project until these issues are addressed.
