To whom it may concern,
This email is in reference to application 23306 for the development plan called Range 5. Theproposed development of 12 apartment buildings will put significant strain on that area that
already has numerous developments nearby to the southeast. Stucky Rd is only two lanes withno shoulder. The number of cars this development would add to the road alone will be
unmanageable. This development will also put a lot of strain on the nearby farmland and likelychange their soil and water quality. There are many animals and birds that live in that area,
and this will shrink their habitat. Please consider not approving this development plan.
