At the direction of the City Commission, anonymous public comments are not distributed to the Board or staff. Public comments will also be accepted in-person and through Video Conference during the appropriate agenda items. As always, the meeting will be streamed through the Commission's video page and available in the City on cable channel 190. STRATEGIC PLAN:7.1 Values-Driven Culture: Promote a values-driven organizational culture that reinforces ethical behavior, exercises transparency and maintains the community’s trust. BACKGROUND:The City Charter was approved by the citizens in 2006 and became effective in 2008. According to Charter requirements, the City is required to establish standards and guidelines for conduct and provide annual trainings for all representatives of the City to avoid the use of their public position for private benefit. Board members of each downtown board to give updates at monthly board meetings. (Brief update from Ellie, Mark or Randy). • I-Ho Peace Park - Application is in for a Montana Main Street Grant to fund CD drawings and construction documents, fundraising/community outreach in coordination with the City and Rotary Club, seeking contractors, etc. • Alley Project – Work to continue through March 2025, including 3 large sculptures, lighting, entrance signage, historic plaques and more. The city admin tasked with Bozman Creek and the #seebozemancreek community group recently met to talk about the outreach and community outreach plan moving into 2025. Website coming soon. • Downtown Streetscape Standard – Draft version is available.
