Good Evening, Regarding the new development of the 312 multi-household apartment complex thatis in proposal. As a longtime community member I have some concerns as to where the city of Bozeman is headed. I’ve grown up in Bozeman for the last 13 years and have seen the shift the city has taken regarding actual community members. I used to take long drives and it wouldtypically always start with me going on Stucky and ending up lost in the hills; watching beautiful sunsets and driving through snowstorms. THIS TOWN WAS NOT BUILT FOR THIS MANY PEOPLE. For the traffic increase I have seen all throughout our valley and even on Stucky to just drive to be able to see my parents, to imagine aneven more chaotic and honestly dangerous drivers populating that area even more is concerning. I graduated from Bozeman High in 2018 - back when it was just one high school still, and knew the Heriza family. To see them bring in the community for something so simple as picking flowers, not only affects them from a businessperspective but also for the farm. With a town that doesn’t have a lot to do for youngand older adults for a quick morning or evening, their farm has brought the community together. This development will impact the flower growth, traffic population and let alone their farm. For a state that is rich not only in soil, but with somany family farms and ranches, our town's development really knows how to ruin it,soley for more infrastructure and greedy money. Thank you for your time as I strongly oppose this proposal. Sincerely, Madeline
