I wanted to submit a comment regarding this site plan application. Bozeman is seems to be attempting to answer to the pressures of our growing population, however, there have been several proposed development plans of high development in areas lacking significant infrastructure. This being one of them. Let the record state that I am NOT in favor of this site plan application. Fowler road has been paved partly to meet the needs of current apartment complexes, however, Stucky road has NOT been built to handle such a high capacity of vehicles. I drive Stucky road every day and during the winter, I see a car in the ditch at LEAST twice a week. There is minimal shouldering on this road and the city should highly consider addressing the improvement needs of Stucky road before continuing to add high density residencies off of it. Secondly, 4 Daughter's Farm is directly north of this proposed site which will directly impact the integrity of this beloved farm. A high density complex touching the land of this farm cannegatively affect the water quality, soil quality, and overall quality of life of their livestock that the farm has. Part of the county's plan is to develop WITH the values of the community....and this farm is definitely a valued business in our community. Agrotourism and urban farming is becoming more and more popular and we should be ensuring that our developmentdoes not harm the farms that ARE here and actively contributing to the city. I am not here as "anti-development," but I am "pro-land protection." This is some of the most valuable and rich soil and water in the entire county and we can't get it back once it isdeveloped. Protect 4 Daughter's Farm, please! Sincerely, Shelby Hall
