Hello Planning Department Members, I'm writing today with deep concerns about the 5 Rage site palm ( application #23306).1. As a frequent commuter on Stucky road, I can attest to the fact that this narrow road with no shoulder and steep ditches can barely manage the traffic it has now and is certainly notequipped for the additional traffic that this large development would bring. 2. I was born, raised & educated in Montana ( GO CATS!) and the brave and enduring 4Daughters farm is a treasure in our community. Gathering ripe berries from their u-pick bushes, petting the friendly animals and joining in their community gatherings ARE soul seedsfor us all. Daily we watch so many farms sell out to development. We watch huge & ancient trees being chopped down as bewildered animals wander into traffic looking for their losthomes. Please help preserve this small oasis in our sweet town. A development of the size and scale of 5 Range would completely destroy any rural feel left in that area.3. CP builders are some of the least responsible, messiest and the worst neighbors- they literally had a dumpster fire last year because they are so irresponsible. I have two goodfriends that live in Gran Cielo and every time I drive to see them, the mess from CP building is everywhere. The ditches are clogged with their plastic and building trash (complaints havebeen filed). They plow dirt into huge piles and do not put up wind screens, so all the dirt blows into my friend's home. There is always junk and trash falling from their truck and they leavelarge rocks and chunks of dirt lying in the middle of the road. I do not trust them to build responsibly or be good neighbors for this dear hold out farm. Please do not approve this building plan. thank you for your time & service Elise Strong 1554 Windrow Dr. Bozeman MT 59718 (406) 219-7977
