Hello, As a resident of Meadow Creek, it has been brought to my attention that there is a "5 Range" site plan application in place to build 312 units behind 4 Daughters Farm. I'd like to reject thisproposed development plan for a number of reasons. Walking by this region on my daily neighborhood walks with my son and dogs, we look forward to enjoying the nesting owls, hawks and many bird species that inhabit the trees in the5 Range lot. We frequent the 4 Daughters Farm, and their animals use these trees for shade and respite in the hot summer months, which is increasingly hard to find in our neighborhood. When we moved into our home in Meadow Creek, it seemed we were on the outskirts of townin a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. Surrounding our neighborhood, buildings and buildings of high density housing have been thrown up without much regard to trafficramifications and without any consideration of infrastructure to support more residents in our neighborhood. How about a coffee shop, restaurants, a market perhaps? How about moresingle family homes? I haven't met a single person who moves to Montana to live in a 3 story walkup 1 bedroom apartment for monthly rent comparable to Boston or Chicago. It seemssilly to add more with Nexus, 19th and Graf, Talbach House and now Buffalo Run in such close proximity. Adding more housing and taking away the serene beauty that is behind 4D farm, that isquintessential to our neighborhood, is an unwanted development plan for us residents. Thank you for your time and I look forward to the conservation of the 5 Range site. Sincerely, Clarissa Drill Lorance
