Good afternoon, I would like to speak against the planned "5 Range" development proposed for the area off Stucky Rd behind 4 Daughters Farm for several reasons. First, I live in a very similar complex, 19th and Graf, and often use Stucky for access where Iregularly see cars in the ditch, as the road is not meant for the increased traffic that it has been seeing in recent years as the area has been built up and the proposed plans to not includeinfrastructure improvements to Stucky. Second, I deeply appreciate the way that my complex has a working farm and open acreage so close to it, and I'm concerned that this development will encroach too much on 4Daughters and the open space I've come to love. I think that another large apartment development in this neighborhood is unwise. 19th and Graf is nearing completion of their second phase, at least doubling the number of units, andNexus Point next door has another phase to build. The south west corner of 19th and Graf already has another development approved as well. The density is already there. We don't needanother high density complex in that same, small area. I do not want to see the diversity of land use in our city lost. Sincerely, Rowan Larson
