Hello Bozeman City Planning Dept, Im emailing you today to express a grave disinterest in the current plan to build the Range 5Apartment building in the fertile and undisturbed soil near the surrounding farms of this plot of land. So much of the community of Bozeman and Gallatin County rely on these lands toprove our citizens with CLEAN and NUTRITIOUS food from unhindered fertile soils. The development of this land with the extensive residential buildings would grossly inhibit theability to maintain an integrous farming operation. The amount of sewage and waste this ONE apartment complex would produce would affect the entire surrounding ecosystemsindefinitely. In addition to this, part of the necessity to maintain open spaces in agricultural lands is because of the vital importance of protecting the lands flora and fauna. This area is desirableBECAUSE of the openness and accessibility to natural sites. Adding a three story apartment complex would completely and totally ruin the very reason why this land is desired- fortranquility and peace. Along with further disrupting the ecosystem, killing native plants, and displacing large populations of wild animals. This space has become a retreat for many residents of Gallatin County to escape the hustle andbustle of the city for the purpose of mental health and wellbeing. Where will we go for that reprieve when all of the rural landscape has been developed, and public land is at a risk ofbeing auctioned off due to the recent political incumbent? We urge you to deny this application, and protect the rural and wild space so that we can preserve the integrity of theland and continue to provide quality, uncontaminated food for the citizens of Gallatin County. Thank you for your consideration, Cierra Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone
