To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express concern regarding the proposed Range 5 development in the Range 5 Site Plan. My name is Caroline Fabacher, and I am a neighboring resident at 3097 S 27thAve. There is absolutely no way any additional development can or should occur along Stucky Rd, between S Cottonwood Road and 19th until and unless significant improvements and upgradesoccur to Stucky. In its present state, Stucky is outright dangerous to the current neighborhood, with no shoulder, no bike lane, frequent wildlife encounters (I personally saw two deer killedat our entry intersection last winter), and no street lights. With the ongoing development at Gran Cielo, and with the ongoing development project at 19th and Stucky, Stucky has becomea major East/West thoroughfare south of 191. Currently, the intersection at Stucky and Goldeneye Dr is the main access point for the Gran Cielo neighborhood. It does not havestreet lights, there is a terrible pot hole, and cars come from both directions so fast that it can be challenging to exit the neighborhood. Animals are dying, accidents will increase, and if acyclist hasn't already died, it's only a matter of time. Gran Cielo has more development already approved. The existing infrastructure can't keep up with what's there, let alone what's being built. Please don't compound the problem byauthorizing additional development next door without first making meaningful improvements to Stucky. Please don't let this proposed development become a "cart before horse" situation. We need toimprove our existing infrastructure for the residents already in the neighborhood before we can consider more cars and homes. Thank you for your consideration. Caroline R.
