We’re working on a site plan for a new condominium building proposed on East Babcock Street between
South Church Ave and South Wallace Ave (see attached map). Could you please provide preliminary CILWR
determination based on the information below?
Block B Condominiums:
Condo/Residential Units = 46
Commercial Space = 1,655 sf
GSF levels 1-7 = 141,538
GSF parking level = 31,000
