corner, that is noted in 1984 architectural inventory, has been fully enclosed by extending facade on south out to roof line.
Gable roof has north/south ridge line perpendicular to street. Roof is surfaced with modern composition shingles. Recent
façadehas modern central entry door flanked by two large square fixed picture windows. Small detached prefabricated
metal garage/storage building is located off north east corner of building.

The frame construction is finished in asphalt shingles and features fixed
windows and small double-hung windows on either side 'of the front entrance.
The hip roof is covered with asphalt shingles and lies parallel to the
street.

Concisely, accurately, and completely describe the property and alterations with dates. Number the buildings and features

The building is a detached two-story apartment building composed of two mirrored-image rectangular buildings centered
around a central driveway. Apartment has a total of 20 rental units, 10 per building. Each rectangular building component
(523 and 533) is built on concrete foundation with recessed open carports on the first-floor and small apartment with
exterior balconies overlooking carport driveway area. Apartments are accessed by interior stairways on the southwest
corner of building 523 and the southeast corner of building 523. Internal stairs lead to north-south running interior hallways
to access all apartments along the west wall of building 523 and the east wall of building 533. The southern most unit of
building 533 has a separate exterior stairway to the balcony and a framed clerestory with three windows at the southeast
corner. The two buildings exhibit concrete block construction on the first-floor carports with wood frame and wood siding
on the second floor level. Asymmetrical, low-pitched gable roofs exist on each building have ridge lines that run
north/south.
Concrete on concrete pad supports first-floor concrete block walls that form the carports.
Foundation
Low-pitched asymmetrical gable roofs with modern composition shingles. Ridgelines for both buildings run north-south and
are perpendicular to E. Babcock St.

Each second-floor apartment has a projecting balcony facing the central drive-way.

The building is a detached 1-1/2 story single family residence with a rectangular plan and an offset gable roofed enclosed
front entry vestibule. The façade is compose of one symmetrical bay with center entry door placed in a projected gable-
end vestifule. The end-gable roof with ridge line that runs east/west, parallel to street is steep pitched. Wood frame
construction is covered with 12 inch hardboard siding and. There is an exterior brick chimney on west elevation extending
above the ridge of the roof.
The foundation is formed concrete with basement.
