Nakeisha – below is a screenshot of the site with a 600-ft radius circle (green) centered at the geographic center of the property. The majority of the Park is located
within 600 feet of that geographic center so the Park appears to satisfy the code requirement of the neighborhood center. Please let me know if you have a different
understanding. Thank you!
