ARTICULATION @ UNITS: Overall, we were trying to maintain a more subtle ground level articulation to offset from the structure
behind it, similar to the following examples that have ground floor spaces extending from the primary structure behind it. Changes
include use if windows, fencing on ground level patios, and use of entry into the unit. All meet the max 30'-0" articulation requirement.
ARTICULATION @ COMMON AREAS: Changes include use if
windows, fencing on community patio, and use of entry into the
community room. All meet the max 30'-0" articulation requirement.
