Where can I find the revised ordinance details? I do not see them on the city website and Ben
Bailey has not responded to my email inquiring about this.
I realize that the city voted to change the ordinance to a permit system at an October meeting2024, but I have yet to see any details about this new process.
1. How many permits will the city manager issue?
2. I was told by a city official that not all campers will get a permit, who decides who gets apermit?
3. How long is the permit good for?4. What is the process to remove someone camping in the right of way once their permit is
expired and they do not leave?5. The newspaper stated that campers will be allowed to stay for free on some city streets,
what streets are these?
The information on your website is severely outdated. It is all from last year. When is thesecond reading of the ordinance to see if it passes?
