Dear Mr. Heaston,
Pursuant to the City of Bozeman Municipal Code Section 38.360.280, Morrison-Maierle provided
notice to apparent irrigation facilities that are expected to be impacted in the overall development
of the proposed Turnrow Subdivision on behalf of Virga Venture II, LLC. As shown in the
attachment, notification letters were provided to both the Farmers Canal Company and Bozeman
Development LLC on June 30, 2023.
Morrison-Maierle has not received a response from either entity to date (exceeding the 45-day
notice period).
