It is not clear why the reviewer references Catron Creek, as our report references Cattail Creek, which is confirmed by the Gallatin County GIS website. We have created a checklist that references each wetland regulation and why or why not it has been addressed. This checklist is attached. It should be noted that during the pre- plat/master site plan phase, exact impacts to resources are not yet known or approved, making it impossible to enter into the permitting process/mitigation documentation at this stage. The reviewer requests a specific exhibit that only focuses on the location of hardscape features, aquatic features, watercourse and wetland setback zones, location of setback impact to the zones, planting plan for the setback zones, wetland/watercourse impacts etc is required. Again, this is the pre-plat/master site plan phase and all of this information is not currently known. However, included is the most recent version of the Design 5 Landscape Site Plan.
