Hello Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Commissioners, and Engagement Manager Clark, As the Chair of the Better Bozeman Coalition I would like to request a UDC engagement opportunity with Mayor Cunninham, and either Commissioner Bode or Fischer. We soappreciated that Deputy Mayor Morrison and Commissioner Madgic took the time to go over our Neighborhood Friendly UDC report with us, and we'd like to have a similar meeting withthe Mayor plus one other Commissioner when possible. Mayor Cunningham is the only member of the 5 who has not yet attended in person any event or presentation organized by theBBC, (though I hope he has made time to read the report and watch the recording of Professor Condon and the AHOZ presentation available on our website) so we'd really like to prioritizehis participation in this engagement opportunity please. We're requesting something informal, where we sit and have a back and forth conversation about concerns and possibilities both in regards to the UDC and the growth policy generally. We understand that the first phase of UDC engagement is trying to identify key areas ofconcern in the proposed UDC draft. So we probably don't need to have a formal overview presentation of our entire report per-se like we did with Commissioner Madgic and DeputyMayor Morrison (though all of the chapters were written to articulate our major concerns and I hope all 5 of the "decision makers" will take the recommendations to heart) but maybe moreof a round table dialogue where everyone is allowed to ask questions and share concerns. I know scheduling two members at the same time will be difficult, so I wanted to get a jump on the ask. We have several months, but time flies when you're drinking out of a fire hose. Please let me know when the Mayor plus one other Commissioner (Bode or Fischer) would be willing and able to meet. We'll take 'em when we can get 'em!
