Business
Montana Automation Loan Program is accepting applications. Applications will be
accepted on a first come, first served basis until all funds have been obligated. Apply
now.
The Agritourism Program Grant program is accepting applications from now through
Oct. 24, 2024. The grant aims to support Montana’s rural and tribal agricultural
businesses and communities by promoting diversification and providing resources to
strengthen Montana’s agricultural sector.
Tourism Development and Enhancement Revolving Loan Fund Grant Program
Extended deadline to apply is Oct. 15, 2024. Contact tourismgrants@mt.gov for
questions or assistance.
Tribal Tourism Small Business Grant application cycle opening Oct. 15, 2024.
Exhibitor applications for the Governor’s Conference on Tourism are now open
and accepted through Dec. 15, 2024. Showcase your business and connect with key
industry leaders and professionals. For questions, contact mtgovcon@mt.gov.
Economic Impact and Destination Event Grant application period extended, now
closing Oct. 10, 2024, by midnight. Applicants hosting an eligible event in 2025 should
apply during this application cycle. All Events for this funding cycle must occur before
Dec. 31, 2025.
Pilot Community Tourism Grant Program Cohort 2 application cycle opens Nov. 1
and will close on Dec. 31, 2024. For more information, contact tourismgrants@mt.gov.
Tribal Business Development Grant open for applications now-Dec. 20, 2024.
Join Commerce's Export Team in the Montana Pavilion at IWA Outdoor Feb. 27-
Mar. 2, 2025, in Nuremberg, Germany. Commerce, through the Small Business
Administration's STEP grant, pays for all booth expenses, including booth space and
reimbursement of up to $2,000 of travel costs for participants. Commerce also
coordinates all show preparations. Contact our Export team for more information.
Housing
Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing public meeting Oct. 9, 2024. The
public hearing will be held via Zoom and in person in Room 342, in regard to a Notice
of Funding Opportunity for the new U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing program. Register in

Infrastructure and Planning
Community Development Block Grant Public Community and Public Facilities
program now accepting applications. The CDBG program is currently accepting
applications for the Community and Public Facilities grant funds. Applications are due
by 5 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2024, apply now. An application guidelines workshop will be held
