Good morning,
The Swim Center is not on the agenda for the October 1 meeting that you can find posted online:
https://www.bozeman.net/departments/city-commission/meeting-videos.
For informational requests, we have a form to be submitted and then staff will process those in the
order they are received and compile the information requested:

If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
Thank you,
Mike Maas, MPA

Hello,
Is the situation with the Bozeman pool on the next agenda?
Also, is there a process to request public information, similar to the federal government FOIA? I
believe there are several citizens that would like to see how money is being managed related to
parks and recreation. Especially in light of the 40% tax increase and the significant amount of
development fees that have been generated since 2021 in this county and city.
Thank you,
Abby
