Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen;
On September 30th my wife and I, owners of the properties on 724, 724.5 N. Montana Aveand Aspen again witnessed and watched the city employees clean their lot. The dust and dirt
that they threw around with a skid steer brush is unthinkable plums of dust, which we havephotos spewed through the air. Anyone with a breathing problem, young children even we had
a difficult time breathing through it and retired inside. We experience large trucks daily pounding the dirt and dust into fine particles tossing dirt and dust into a residential area, not to
mention the headlights. We are requesting that the city either put up a hard fence or fenceslats to minimize the dirt and dust or figure out a better way to handle this.
