COORDINATION WITH GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS NECESSARY BEFORE CONSTRUCTION BEGINSTO ENSURE PROPER LOCATION OF SLEEVES, ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, AND WATER SOURCE CONNECTIONS.5.ALL IRRIGATION COMPONENTS TO BE HIGH EFFICIENCY, HEADS, NOZZLES, DRIP, VALVES, AND FITTINGS.GENERAL IRRIGATION NOTES AND SPECIFICATIONS1.THESE PLANS PROVIDE GENERAL ANTICIPATED WATER DEMAND AND TYPE OF IRRIGATION FOR THE SUBDIVISIONPARKS, WHICH ARE IRRIGATED BY (1) WELL. LATERAL LINES TO BE 1" SCH 40SOLVENT WELDED PVC; DEPENDENT ON PRESSURES AND GALLONS PER MINUTE AT DISCRETION OF LANDSCAPECONTRACTOR BASED ON PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND OPINION UPON DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF THESYSTEM.4.ALL TREES TO BE IRRIGATED THROUGH DEDICATED BUBBLERS EVENLY DISTRIBUTED AROUND BASE OF TREEWITH FOUR (4) EVENLY SPACED 1 GPH BUBBLER EMITTERS.5.TREES AND SHRUBS PLACED WITHIN PLANTING BEDS MAY UTILIZE DRIP IRRIGATION ADJUSTED PER INDIVIDUALPLANT REQUIREMENTS.6.ALL SHRUBS OUTSIDE OF DEDICATED PLANTING BEDS TO HAVE DEDICATED BUBBLERS EVENLY DISTRIBUTEDAROUND BASE, WITH TWO (2) EVENLY SPACED 1 GPH EMITTER.7.ALL MIXED SHRUB AND PERENNIAL PLANTINGS TO BE IRRIGATED WITH DEDICATED DRIP TUBING W/ EMITTERSADJUSTED PER INDIVIDUAL PLANT REQUIREMENTS.8.LAWN AND SEED AREAS TO BE IRRIGATED WITH SPRAY OR ROTOR OVERHEAD IRRIGATION AS INDICATED PERPLAN.8.1.ALL SPRAY OR ROTOR OVERHEAD IRRIGATION HEADS WILL BE INSTALLED AND ADJUSTED PROPERLY TOMINIMIZE WATER OVER THROW ONTO PAVEMENT.8.2.ALL SPRAY OR ROTOR OVERHEAD IRRIGATION TO UTILIZE WATER EFFICIENT NOZZLES (MULTI-SPRAY,MULTI-TRAJECTORY, OR ROTATING SPRAY).9.ALL HEADS MUST ACHIEVE HEAD-TO-HEAD COVERAGE FOR SOD AREAS.10.SYSTEM SHALL UTILIZE WEATHER / MOISTURE MONITOR.11.BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY AND BLOWOUT ASSEMBLY SHALL BE LOCATED IN APPROVED EXTERNAL GRADEBOX, ANDIS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE INSTALLATION PER LOCAL CODESAND ORDINANCES, WITH ARCHITECTURE AND WITH ALL OTHER TRADES.12.POWER SOURCE FOR IRRIGATION CONTROLLER TO BE COORDINATED WITH ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING ANDELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR BY LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR.13.DO NOT INSTALL IRRIGATION SYSTEM WHEN OBVIOUS OBSTRUCTIONS OR GRADE CHANGES ARE PRESENT.14.ALL INFORMATION TO BE FIELD VERIFIED BY CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.15.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN AN ACCURATE & CURRENT 'AS-BUILT' IRRIGATION PLAN ON SITE AT ALLTIMES.16.ALL SPRAY AND ROTOR HEADS WITHIN SOD LAWN AREAS TO PROVIDE A PRECIPITATION RATE OF 0.4-0.8"/sqft.TEMPORARY IRRIGATION NOTES:TOTAL AREA TO RECEIVE TEMPORARY IRRIGATION (PHASE I) : 68,163 SF (1.56 AC)(FUTURE): 349,626 SF (8.02 AC)1.ALL TEMPORARY IRRIGATION WILL OPERATE FOR NO MORE THAN 3 YEARS.
