Dear Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Commissioners, and Engagement Director Clark,
As you plan for the upcoming engagement efforts around the Unified Development Code
(UDC), I respectfully request that you consider incorporating opportunities for informalmeetings between residents and one or two commissioners. These smaller, more personal
discussions would foster open dialogue and allow residents to share their concerns in a moreconversational, accessible setting.
I believe this approach will help ensure that the perspectives and needs of our community are
fully heard and addressed during the UDC review process.
