• I understand you have only had one vendor since purchasing Laserfiche, but I am curious
if you are currently satisfied with the level of support you are receiving from your
current vendor.
We are currently exploring options in an effort to improve efficiencies in performance

able to provide your current configuration as it may have changed? Providing your last
renewal is usually easiest and feel free to redact any pricing.

There have been no significant configuration changes since the upgrade to Avante
• Are you looking to move to the Laserfiche Cloud platform as part of this project, or is
that something you may be planning for in the future?
The City is interested in exploring the possibility in the future but at this time, no definitive
decision to move away from on-prem has been made.
I do have once correction, in the configuration we did add a keyed integration license for
Avolve/ProjectDox in 2022

4. Can you please provide us with a pricing format to enable us to give you pricing as per
your requirement?
We are open to a variety of pricing structures and will evaluate them according to the proposal
in total.
5. Can you provide a list of current licenses with product code and quantity?

7. Which type of Laserfiche Software Assurance Plan (LSAP) do you have currently, Basic or
Premium?

8. Which type of Laserfiche version are you currently using? Laserfiche Avante or Rio?
What is the version number?
Avante 10.4 (10.4.2.256)
Is the City of Bozeman looking to move from their current Laserfiche on-premises platform to
either the Laserfiche Cloud or the Managed Cloud?
No definitive plan on migrating to the cloud has been discussed. We evaluated that possibility
prior to the Avante upgrade and have not revisited the topic since.
Can you please provide us with your current Laserfiche platform and the licensing breakdown?
Please find our current product list below:
1) Do Title page, Table of Contents, and the required forms count towards the 25-page
limit?
• Required forms do not count towards the limit
2) Can you provide your current Avante licensing? Would you prefer to maintain the
Avante system as is or consider upgrading to Cloud?

• We are open to the possibility of Cloud migration but at this time have not had
any discussions to that effect.
3) Are there currently any Form or Public portals in place that need to be maintained?
• Standard Public Portal is the only currently configured
4) Are any applications integrated with Laserfiche that will require support? Please provide
a list of applications (with version) and a short description of the functionality.
We have a keyed integrator connection between Avolve ProjectDox and Laserfiche
5) Can conference calls and web meetings be used for this project, or is on-site attendance
a requirement?
• On site attendance is not required
6) Our customers generally prefer remote training due the ease of scheduling and travel
savings. Remote training sessions are recorded and provided to the customer to allow
them to reuse as needed. Is this approach acceptable, or would you require on-site
training?
• Remote training is acceptable
7) If we are not selected, will there be any opportunity for a debrief or other feedback?
• Yes

“Exhibit A - Scope of Services” (pg. 26) appears to be blank, so is there a separately documented
scope of services?
• The scope of services is blank in the model PSA because it will be scope provided by the
selected firm as part of the contract agreement.
“Exhibit B - Cloud Services Questions” (pg. 27), should these questions be completed as part of
the response?
• Yes, please. It will have to be completed prior to entering into a PSA, so during
submission just saves a step down the road.
