Good Morning City Manager and others,
I would like to invite all of you to the Library next Wednesday September 11th at 6pm for a
joint presentation from myself and Amaia Sangroniz, on what an Affordable HousingOverlay Zone could do for us.
This IS legal to implement, (MTC 76-2-301. 76-2-302.) and it could help protect existingaffordable housing, (a Commission Priority) neighborhood character, and lay the groundworkfor local developers to increase density through affordable incremental development consistentwith our growth policy.
It requires robust community engagement to succeed, and I'm ready to help with that. Pleaseplan to attend, and you can RSVP here.
