The current policy of flexibility is not working and some of the businesses and property owners directly affected have taken toomuch of the brunt of the problem. It is time for the commission as a whole to come together- and make a difficult and maybeunpopular decision to end multi-day camping on public streets. I would support ending it outright or allow for a 3 day permit for camping in the public RW, with a significantrelocation requirement, and enforce it across the board. (All the alternatives can still be worked on whether it's the shelter, intervention, private lots, fairgrounds etc. But you have to end the cycle of long term street camping once and for all) It is not healthy for our city, our citizens, our public image or reputation to allow majorproblems associated with street camping to go unresolved. And as an elected body, I encourage you to come together as a whole and tighten down the policy. I think it would sendan important message of clarity and decisiveness. Thank you for your consideration Paul ReichertWestridge Dr. Bozeman
