To the Commissioners, I have been unable to attend the work sessions but I understand that
the defense of the current AHO is coming from paid lobbyists. I assume you are aware of thatand that they have a lot of money to gain from exploiting our town's need for affordable
housing. I do resent the notion that everyone who wants more reasonable incentives arewealthy home-owners. We bought our home in 1995. Like most of our neighbors we have
kept the property in good shape and created charming neighborhoods that everyone likes towalk in. Who goes for walks in the midtown tall building area?? We now own expensive
homes and we pay taxes on that. It is not a reason to disregard our love of our neighborhoods. And we do support measures to keep the older buildings as apartments and to allow for
multi-units in our neighbor's homes where actual working residents live instead of buildingluxury ski lockers for transient YClubbers. Interesting how the yimby people are mostly
