The MSU Local Government Center is excited to once again offer the Fundamentals of Montana
Municipal Government online course to municipal elected officials and staff across the state.
When: October 14-November 26, 2024
Length: 6 weeks
Cost: $50 per person

Municipal Officials Handbook Study Course Enrollment

This course is a great way for newly elected and appointed officials to familiarize themselves with
the laws, guidelines, and best practices related to local governance in Montana.
Municipal clerks, treasurers, and finance officers may earn up to 12 IIMC or MMCTFOA education
credit hours for successfully completing the course. You are welcome to take the course as many
times as you like but may only earn education credit hours once.
