Good morning, Scott,
I will reach out to the planner on this project and see if I can find some information. For a better
understanding on my part, the two information sheets you are referencing, are those the large
posting board used during noticing? Or, were there different signs up that I’m not familiar with?
To address your question about finding out the status of an application, you can go to the
Community Development Viewer and navigate the map to the location of specific projects. That map
will show a color coding for the current status which you can click for more information (see below).
In that additional window will be a link to the project specific planning documents that are available
through our Laserfiche repository. Here is a direct link to information for project 23245.
Please let me know if you have any further questions on accessing the public information.
Thank you,
Mike Maas, MPA

Hello,
I noticed that the two information sheets that listed the Site Plan information for 811 W Mendenhall
have been missing for about the last two weeks. I was wondering if the city removed them? Or if
someone tore them off? It looks like and I suspect someone tore off the two sheets on the sign that
listed all of the project information. I suspect this because no one in the neighborhood wants this
project and the city is unfairly giving the developer everything that they want.
Can you please have someone re-post those sheets so people can see how this out of state
developer is about to destroy the neighborhood?
Also, how can I find out if the city approved all the ridiculous requests for deviations and variances
that this developer was or is asking for?
Thank you,
Scott Bieluch
