Hi Griffin,
We are working on the Phase 1 & 2 site plan for the 7th & Aspen Affordable Housing project at 654 and 706 N. 7th
Avenue. There is currently an exis,ng house/office and the Aaron’s retail store on these lots that will be replaced by two
new residen,al apartment buildings. Could you please provide a preliminary CILWR determina,on for the new buildings
minus the demand for the exis,ng uses?
Exis,ng Uses:
Aaron’s Retail Store at 654 N. 7th Ave.
House/Office at 706 N. 7th Ave.
New Buildings:
New Dwelling Units = 96
New Commercial = 0 S.f.
